Payment for merchandise purchased is easy with Pay Pal. You'll have the opportunity to see how simple a method of payment it is toward the end of the check out process.

We can only ship to verified addresses. When you pay with Pay Pal, please pay careful attention that you complete the payment process. If you do not receive a confirmation email from Three Sisters within a day, please contact us. The most likely cause of not receiving a confirmation email is that you didn't completely finish the Pay Pal process.

All orders are shipped on the next business day.

We ship via United States Postal Service priority mail, which usually takes 3 to 6 days. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed, as we have no control over the postal system.

Shipping and handling charges for orders in the United States. We currently ship only within the United States. Shipping charges are based on shipping costs plus a minimal handling fee.

Up to $100.00 = $8.00
$100.01 - $150.00 = $10.00
$150.01 - $200.00 = $12.00
$200.00 and up = $14.00


We ask that you provide your email address to us at the time of your order, for the sole purpose that we may contact you regarding your order. This includes an email to you when we receive your order, when to expect your order, if your ordered an out of stock item and to request verification for any information you may have incorrectly listed. You may be confident to know that your email address will never be used for any other reason other than those listed above. You will NOT be put on any lists and your email address will NEVER be given away or sold.

We ask for your phone number in the event that there is a problem with your order, such as being provided with an incorrect email address. The ONLY reason we would call your is if we were unable to contact you by email. Your phone number is safe within our company and will NOT be put on any lists and your phone number will NEVER be given away or sold.

If the items you ordered are in stock, they will be shipped on the next business day. All items that are ordered, which are not in stock, will be placed on back order and will be shipped as soon as the item has been completed. If you require delivery by a certain date, please email us at bharwell@t-one.net with your order number and the date you need the order and we will make every effort we can to accommodate your request.
We want you (and your dolls) to be completely satisfied with the items you have ordered. Customers are offered a money back satisfaction guarantee ONLY if merchandise is returned within 30 days of shipment. Please specify if you would like an exchange or refund and we will issue you a return authorization code. All returns WITHOUT a return authorization code will NOT be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Shipping and handling fees are not refunded on returned items. Items must be returned to us postpaid and insured for your benefit. COD's will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must not be worn, used, or altered in any way. There is a 10% restocking fee for each item returned which will be deducted from your refund.
On occasion merchandise is damaged during shipment. In the event that you should receive a damaged order, please call us at (231) 889-0153 or (231) 723-6500 or email us at bharwell@t-one.net and we will provide you with instructions for a return shipment.
To cancel an order that has NOT been shipped, please email bharwell@t-one.net or call us at (231) 889-0153 or (231) 723-6500 stating that you want to cancel your order and a refund check will be sent to you. All cancelled orders are charged a $5.00 processing fee which will be taken out of your refund. Shipping costs will be refunded.
